What my clients are saying…

Heather has the ability to help us relax and connect with ourselves.

I love Heather’s style – she is calming yet simultaneously engaging.

I love your gentleness, your compassion and am grateful to have found you!

Heather is super grounded and an amazing facilitator.

Just listening to Heather makes me take a deep breath and see this is a personal growth opportunity, not a requirement or an expectation – she really puts off a “you do you” attitude that is uplifting and nurturing.

The facilitation was superb. I felt the presence and kindness of Heather in each session. She is especially skilled at asking open ended questions with curiosity and kindness that draw out more of the participants experiences.

(Heather) brings an intuitiveness to her work with others. She offers an incredible ‘safe space’. There was never a moment working with Heather where I felt what I was going to share would not be ok. She takes everything in stride and is a fantastic listener and teacher!

Heather was able to really hear what was shared and offer meaningful, honest reflection. I appreciated her teaching … and I had many “aha” moments.
