I design custom workshops and experiences for organizations and groups, and have worked with schools, colleges, non-profits, and professional development organizations.

I am pleased to help groups of people learn and apply self-compassion and mindfulness to manage stress and enhance well-being.  I offer workshops and courses in a variety of formats to meet community and organizational needs.
