10 week series with 2-hour sessions + one 3-hour retreat
An immersive self-care experience

Join us for the empirically-supported Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program to pause, rest and reflect, and to gently expand your capacity to navigate life’s many ups and downs with a bit more compassion, wisdom and ease.

Winter Course: December 7, 2021 – February 22, 2022
Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 pm ET
$525 regular registration; $425 early registration
A few partial scholarships are available at the rate of $325.

Short-Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

6-week series with 1-hour sessions each week
Learn and integrate informal self-compassion practices into daily life

Take time just for you to relax, turn inward, and explore befriending yourself in new and meaningful ways. This course includes 6 hours of training and practice focused on informal self-compassion practices for daily life. 

Learn and integrate informal self-compassion practices into daily life through:

  • 11 informal practices & exercises
  • 6 topics on the theory and science of compassion and mindfulness 
  • A total of 6 hours of classroom activity

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) for Nurses

This course is a 6-hr evidence-based healthcare adaptation of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). The training aims to improve well-being and enhance resilience in healthcare professionals by teaching mindful self-compassion skills to deal with distressing situations as they occur at work and at home.
