With perspectives and tools grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and design thinking, my work with groups and individuals focuses on navigating life’s ups and downs with more curiosity, compassion, wisdom, and ease.

Integrating mind-body practices into everyday life can generate profound insights. When we put those insights into action we can enhance our own well-being, and more skillfully contribute in our relationships, in our communities, and in our world.
