Wellness & Health Coaching
A comprehensive process that takes a holistic approach to well-being, and may involve exploring / taking new and generative action in any area of life, such as: relationship to self and others; physical, emotional, and/or spiritual health; personal and/or professional growth and development; and pursuing activities – recreational or otherwise — for joy, meaning, and purpose.
Creative Life Design Coaching (DYL)
A creative, action-oriented approach to defining meaning and purpose, increasing balance and energy, defining solvable problems to get unstuck, and envisioning and testing future possibilities. DYL applies the creative, human-centered design-thinking methodology to intentionally craft a life of meaning, purpose, and joy. Learn more about DYL here. I also facilitate corporate and public workshops on DYL with my colleagues at Fieldbrook Advising.
